Welcome to the 2024 Shennongjia International Congress on an Eco-Security System for All People along the Belt and Road. In order to ensure the safety, order and smooth progress of the Congress, please follow the instructions below.
I. General tips
1. The participant badge is the only valid certificate for participation. Please keep it properly and wear it when entering and exiting the venue, restaurants, and taking the shuttle bus during the Congress.
2. Please attend the Congress and its forums on time, and mute your cell phone inside the venue.
3. Please take good care of your Congress materials and belongings.
4. The meeting rooms are located in the Information Center of Shennongjia National Park and Grand Land Kande Hotel.
5. There are service rooms in the Grand Land Kande Hotel: Medical Room No.1102, Police Room No.1105, Consumer Complaints Room No.1107.
II. Dining
Please use your coupons for meals at Aspen Café or the Halal Restaurant (Private Room VI) on 3rd floor of Grand Land Kande Hotel.
Time for meals:
Breakfast 06:30—08:00; Lunch 12:00—13:30; Dinner 18:00—19:30
III. Logistics
1. There is free shuttle service for the field excursions and departure to Yichang Sanxia Airport. Please take the bus at the hotel entrance on time.
2. Please follow the guide during the field excursions and do not wander off.

I. Brief introduction
The 2024 Shennongjia International Congress on an Eco-Security System for All People along the Belt and Road provides a platform for experts in relevant fields in the Belt and Road countries and regions to exchange ideas and share experience on building an Eco-Security System for All People. These ideas and experience will help Shennongjia achieve high-quality conservation and development and realize its goal of becoming an international model for biodiversity conservation, national model for eco-civilization construction and provincial model for harmonious co-existence between human and nature.
The Congress consists of opening and closing ceremonies, key-note speeches on Jointly Building An Eco-Security System for All People along the Belt and Road, Theme Forum on An Eco-Security System for All People, International Youth Forum, Forum on Parks and Protected Areas, Species Forum, IUCN Green List Workshop, IUCN Red List Assessment Training, field excursions, etc. During the Congress the explanation on Global Development Report on An Eco-Security System (NESS Global Report) and NESS Index for each country will be released.
